Translations and legalisations

We use a GDPR compliant platform for PII (Personally Identifiable Information) exchange. Our platform allows a secure exchange of files between our customers and BiCortex, and between BiCortex and our translators. All files are encrypted at transit and rest (256-bit symmetric AES encryption key).

Language Training and Cross-cultural training

For our virtual lessons, BiCortex has a custom platform which was specifically developed for virtual instructor-led lessons, which allows tracking and recordkeeping of all components of the program. It also allows student access at any time to previous lessons. The platform is suitable for both individual students, small groups and larger groups up to 16 students.


BiCortex has developed its internal CRM/HRM tool, unique in the training market. For face-to-face lessons, we get the signature of the students on an app installed on the teacher’s phone. This eliminates a lot of paperwork and manual data entry, which is prone to mistakes, and it is REAL TIME.

We can generate automatic reports and invoices, and send automatic alerts to our customers when milestones are reached. This applies to language training, cross-cultural training and translations.

Diversity and Sustainability/Corporate Responsibility programmes

BiCortex is mature in terms of sustainability, DE&I, social responsibility and giving back to the community. We have been especially concerned by the Ukrainian war and we now run a number of initiatives to support Ukrainian refugees.
